1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Play2N ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Play2N. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand all provisions before using our Services.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use Play2N Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old. We strictly prohibit access to users below 18 years of age.
- Residency: You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where real-money skill gaming is legal. Certain countries and regions are restricted from using our Services.
- Mental Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Identity Verification: You must provide valid identification and undergo our verification process.
We use age verification technology and may request government-issued identification. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including:

3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account

3.3 One Account Policy
Each user may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
4. Financial Terms
4.1 Deposits
You may deposit funds into your Play2N wallet using approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply based on your account tier.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days, subject to verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees may apply.
4.3 Stakes and Commission
We charge a commission on winnings as follows:

5. Game Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Skill-Based Gaming
Play2N offers skill-based games where the outcome is determined primarily by your skill, not chance.
5.2 Match Interruptions
Our system automatically handles interruptions:

- ELO-based matchmaking
- AI-powered fraud detection
- Device fingerprinting
- Gameplay pattern analysis
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage
- Sharing game information
- Intentionally losing matches
- Team play in individual games
- Fraud: Using unauthorized software, bots, or automation tools
- Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person
- Money Laundering: Using our platform for illegal financial activities
- Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing other players
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including games, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Play2N or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We comply with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed according to our withdrawal policies.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Required by law or regulatory authority
- For security reasons
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
We encourage you to contact our customer support team first to resolve any disputes informally.
10.2 Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
10.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play2N shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Damages arising from your use of our Services
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the last 6 months.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.
Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom indicates when these Terms were last revised.
